My Work:
During the day, I serve as the development Director for the Southwest Initiative Foundation. My role is to build relationships with donors and help them achieve their philanthropic goals.
I am a change agent – I believe in making a difference, in getting to the next level. I enjoy conversations that inspire possibilities (I borrowed this line from a good friend!)
I am a musician, composer, worship leader and a proud Canadian! I am also a devoted Ottawa Senators hockey fan and, since moving to Minnesota, I’ve become very fond of the Minnesota Wild.

What About Me as a Person?
I am a Canadian living in Minnesota. I am married (14 years now) to the most wonderful woman in the world. I love coffee (so much so, that my wife and her brothers bought a coffee shop) and after two trips to the Napa Valley, I am officially a wine snob. I am the proud father of three wonderful children. Music is a big part of my life. I play Yamaha keyboards (I think an endorsement should be in order!).
