"Failing Forward", to borrow a phrase from leadership guru John Maxwell is a sure way to guarantee success. Unfortunately, for some, the fear of failure is so strong that maintaining the status quo is the only way they feel they have a chance at survival. Thanks for the comment Beth! He talked about change and that the reason our country continues to forge ahead in amazing new creations and discoveries directly relates to being ok with failure.
